Recently graduated from the Professional Training Center in Help Relations in Trois-Rivières, I offer personalized support so that everyone finds, or finds, their way. Each human being is unique, we must take them with their history, and not put them in a box. This is what I commit to doing with each person who comes to see me.

The techniques used, active listening, can allow us to find our keys, understand why we act and react in one way rather than another. It is sometimes a matter of deconstructing false beliefs to arrive at the real needs and limits of each person. The Helping Relationship will help you get through a particularly difficult event. But the journey can also begin solely to know or understand oneself better.
